This policy describes the personal information used by FiveM Tebex Store, the reasons it is needed and how it is handled. It covers storefront visitors and customers who place an order for a digital FiveM resource.

Who we are

FiveM Tebex Store operates a digital shop for scripts and related FiveM server resources. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean this storefront; “you” means a visitor or customer.

Information we collect

We limit collection to information required to operate the site, process orders and provide customer assistance.

What you provide

  • Name and email address supplied during checkout so receipts and digital access instructions can be sent.
  • Postal or zip code requested by the payment service for address verification and applicable tax obligations.
  • Support correspondence, including the contact email and details entered in a help request.
  • Review submissions, such as the public display name and feedback you decide to share.

What we collect automatically

  • Network address and general location recorded in operational logs for security, abuse controls and aggregate request or error measurement.
  • Browser user-agent information included with the corresponding server request.
  • Transaction records, including the order identifier, selected items, amount, currency and status timestamps.
  • Automated-abuse indicators provided by Cloudflare Turnstile when a protected form is submitted.

Payment data

Card number, expiration, CVV and 3-D Secure details are entered in the payment provider’s hosted form (Ayden). FiveM Tebex Store servers do not receive or store those card credentials. The store receives a non-sensitive transaction reference and payment result.

How we use it

  • Completing an order by creating its digital access link and sending the order email.
  • Answering product, order and technical questions received through the contact form.
  • Detecting suspicious activity and limiting abusive traffic.
  • Meeting accounting, taxation and other mandatory record obligations.
  • Sending occasional release or product notices to the checkout email, including after an incomplete order. Every such message offers an unsubscribe option, and you may also contact us.
  • Maintaining the storefront by investigating faults, measuring performance and prioritising improvements.

Personal information is not sold and is not used by us for advertising across unrelated websites.

Cookies and local storage

The storefront relies on a limited set of functional cookies or browser-storage entries:

  • Administrative session cookie, created after staff sign-in and not used for ordinary shopping visits.
  • Shopping cart storage in browser localStorage, which retains selections between page loads and is submitted to the server when checkout begins.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile cookies, which are short-lived and help validate form submissions as human traffic.
  • Cloudflare security cookie named __cf_bm, placed automatically as part of CDN and bot protection.

The store does not set third-party advertising cookies or marketing analytics cookies.

Third-party processors

Only the information needed for a provider’s role is shared with the following services:

  • Ayden processes payments and receives card details directly under its own privacy terms.
  • Cloudflare supplies DNS, content delivery, DDoS mitigation and Turnstile protection.
  • Our SMTP provider transports order messages and replies from store support.
  • Plesk hosting infrastructure runs the application and stores its operational database.

Data retention

  • Order information is kept for the period required under accounting and tax rules, usually seven years.
  • Support conversations may be retained for up to two years following the final reply and are then removed.
  • Application and server logs rotate and are deleted after 30 days.
  • Public reviews remain while their product is listed unless the reviewer asks for removal.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request that we:

  • Confirm whether we hold personal information connected to you.
  • Fix inaccurate or incomplete details.
  • Erase eligible information while retaining records mandated by law, especially order records needed for tax.
  • Provide an export of information you supplied.

International transfers

Store infrastructure and service providers may operate in several jurisdictions. When information crosses national borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses or comparable transfer safeguards supplied by the relevant processor.

Children

The storefront is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly seek information from children below that age. Contact us if you believe such information was submitted so it can be removed.

Changes to this policy

A material revision will be reflected in the date shown above. Existing customers may also receive an email when a substantive change affects them.
