Completing a purchase through FiveM Tebex Store means you agree to these conditions. They explain the permitted use of digital resources, order delivery, refund limits and dispute handling.

Terms

License you receive

A purchase provides a non-exclusive license that cannot be transferred and permits use on FiveM servers under your ownership or operation. Open configuration files may be adjusted for those servers. No part of the resource, whether protected by escrow or openly configurable, may be resold, sublicensed or distributed to another party.

What “lifetime updates” means

When updates continue to be published for a product line, existing customers may access them through the original download link without another purchase. No minimum update period is promised. A retired resource will be identified on its listing, while prior buyers retain access to its final published release.

Order accuracy

You must provide an accurate checkout email because digital access is sent to that address. If an entry error prevents delivery, contact store support and provide evidence of the order so the message can be reissued.

Intellectual property

Authors and FiveM Tebex Store retain their respective rights in scripts, documentation, artwork and demonstrations. Payment grants the stated license; it does not convey ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Refund Policy

Digital purchases are final. FiveM Tebex Store delivers electronic goods immediately after successful payment. An order is not refundable after its access link has been issued. By checking out, you request immediate delivery and waive any withdrawal right that the law allows a customer to waive for immediately supplied digital content, including the relevant exception under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Limited exceptions

A limited exception may be reviewed when:

• The same order was charged more than once.
• Digital access was not delivered and cannot be sent again within a reasonable period.
• A resource demonstrably fails on a framework version identified as supported and no remedy can be provided.

Send the order number through the store assistance form; the target reply time is one business day.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is opened before support is contacted, the response may include these conditions, the transaction record and evidence of digital delivery. Download access may be withdrawn following a successful chargeback.

Acceptable use

A purchased resource may run on FiveM servers that you control operationally. You must not:

• Upload the files to public sharing services or sites distributing leaked resources.
• Decompile or deobfuscate protected components, or try to defeat asset escrow.
• Present the resource as your own authorship or apply misleading ownership branding.
• Deploy it for harassment, fraud or conduct prohibited by the Cfx.re Terms of Service.

Download privileges may be revoked when an account violates these restrictions, and that revocation does not create a right to reimbursement.

Limitation of liability

Resources are supplied “as is” and “as available” without an express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular use or non-infringement. Where the law permits, total liability connected to the storefront or a purchased resource will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order during the twelve months before the claim.

To the extent legally allowed, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, including lost revenue, unavailable servers, player loss or damaged data, even when such a possibility was communicated.

Disputes & governing law

The company behind this storefront

FiveM Tebex Store is operated by a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. An order placed here forms a contract with that company.

Applicable law

Delaware law in the United States governs these conditions, and any claim connected to an order or to storefront use, including a non-contractual claim, without applying its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods has no application.

Where a claim is filed

A dispute concerning these terms or storefront use must be filed exclusively in a Delaware state or federal court. Each customer accepts the jurisdiction of those courts and gives up any objection that the venue is inconvenient.

Reach out before filing

Send the order number through the FiveM Tebex Store contact page before starting a formal claim. Delivery and billing problems are usually correctable, and resolution is attempted within 30 days of the message.

Consumer protections

Where the mandatory consumer rules of a customer's country of residence apply and cannot be set aside by agreement, this section leaves those protections untouched.

Either party may still seek equitable or injunctive protection for intellectual property in another court that has proper authority.

Changes to these terms

These conditions may be revised periodically. The date at the beginning of the page identifies the latest version, and continued storefront use after publication of a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
