Free Pickle's Surgery System

A surgery system where doctors actually operate. Your medics grab props with their own hand, pick up the right tool, and work through each procedure on real or training patients. Real patients can be resurrected for the operation, and a failed surgery kills them, so the stakes are real.

Hand Targeting

The core of the resource is hand targeting. Use your hand to grab and interact with props during a procedure instead of clicking a menu. It is the part that makes surgeries feel like surgeries.

Surgeries

Ships with 5 custom surgeries, all open to edit, and you can add more:

• Heart Surgery
• Kidney Surgery
• Lung Surgery
• Arm Surgery
• Leg Surgery

Tools

Each surgery uses different tools:

• Scalpel: cuts tendons
• Saw: cuts bone
• Syringe: heals bleeding wounds

Real patients

• Perform surgeries on real players to heal them, dead players supported
• Resurrect a dead player to start their operation
• Failing a surgery kills the player, then you can try again or leave them

Training Mode

Try any surgery before doing it for real using Training Mode. New doctors can practice the steps without a patient's life on the line.

Rewards

Earn rewards for surgeries done on players and during training:

• Items
• Cash
• XP (uses Pickle XP by default)

You can also restrict surgeries to specific jobs.

Requirements

• ESX (1.1+) / QBCore, or code your own bridge for your framework. The bridge is fully accessible.
• Ox Lib (required, works anywhere).
