Description 01

Advanced Crafting by Pickle

A modern crafting system with placeable tables, a queue, blueprints, and cooking. It changes how players craft and it opens up a lot of roleplay while they do it. See the video for a good example of that.

Core crafting

  • Placeable crafting tables, plus permanent tables set through the config.
  • View your craftable items as props before you build them.
  • Crafting queue so players line up multiple items.
  • Sleek, modern UI.
  • Third-eye support.
  • Add and remove tables through exports.

Cooking

  • Full cooking system with fires and explosions that trigger when an item is over-cooked. Both are configurable per item.

Progression and blueprints

  • XP support and rewards, using Pickle's XP System by default. Swap it for your own in the bridge.
  • XP is category based rather than one single "Crafting XP" pool, so players level specific skills.
  • Blueprint items teach players how to craft new recipes.

Deeper controls

  • Item metadata generation, handy for adding serial numbers to items. Items must meet the metadata requirements.
  • View and steal other players' crafted items straight from their table. This is configurable.
  • Run custom actions before an item is crafted or added to the queue.
  • Set a success rate per recipe.
  • Mark individual parts so they are not consumed when crafting.

Requirements

  • ESX (1.1+) or QBCore. The bridge is fully accessible, so you can code your own for another framework.
  • ox_lib (required, works anywhere).
