Deployable Emergency Vehicle Light

Undercover units, paramedics and road-workers all need to be seen. This script lets a player equip any vehicle with a blue, red, or orange roof light on the spot. It is standalone, highly configurable, and quick to drop in.

Features

• Runs as a standalone script with no dependencies. You only need an inventory script (esx, qb, ox and others) if you want to use the item.
• The light props ship with the files and are not encrypted.
• Works automatically on any vehicle with a roof, no per-vehicle setup needed, unless the vehicle is blacklisted.
• Special vehicles without a roof can be manually configured to use a suitable light position.
• Set the light color (blue, red, orange) per vehicle. You can also use separate items per color, and the light shown matches the item's color.
• Make the light blink instead of rotate.
• Optional toggleable siren while the light is deployed, with support for custom sirens.
• Light properties, animations, vehicle configs, sirens and more are all configurable.
• Fully synced between players and optimized for many lights at once, since only nearby vehicle lights render.

Resmon: Idle 0.00ms, active on 1 vehicle 0.07ms, active on 10 close-by vehicles 0.13ms.

How it works

• Deploy light: Use the item or command while driving any vehicle that is not blacklisted.
• Light deployed: A default config finds a suitable spot on the roof automatically, so you do not have to set up every vehicle. You can still give specific vehicles their own place-animation, color, position, and sirens.
• Toggle siren: With the light deployed, trigger a siren with L-SHIFT. This is configurable and can be disabled.
• Removing light: Remove the light again with the command or L-CTRL, also configurable.
