Electus Gangs
A gang system for FiveM built around territory. Gangs claim zones, defend them from attacks, and run criminal operations inside them. Members work out of one UI that covers the gang, its members, economics, ranks, logs, statistics and territories. Admins get their own tools to build and manage every zone and gang from a UI.
Territory and zones
- Claim and defend: see which zones are claimed and by who, and which zones are about to open for capture.
- Zone attacks: an attack opens with a preparation window, so both the attacking and defending gang can get ready before it starts.
- Connected zones: turn this on and gangs only see the zone closest to their territory.
- Zone respect: respect climbs each day a zone stays captured. It sets the number of NPC defenders and how much cash the zone generates.
- Attacking zones: capture a zone by killing its defenders. If a gang already owns it, they get notified the moment someone attacks.
Zone types
Different zones do different jobs:
- Weed plantation: claim it, then grow, dry and process weed to sell through a dialog UI.
- Money laundering: claim it and start laundering.
- Drug dealing: sell drugs to NPCs through a dialog UI, with drug types and prices set in the config.
- Recruitment: recruit new members here. This zone type requires Electus Bodyguard, sold separately.
- Cash: generates cash straight to the gang.
- Safe house: each gang gets its own unique safe house zone with weed processing, a warehouse and a garage.
You can also make zones capturable by selling drugs inside them.
Wars, raids and safes
- Gang wars: start a war with another gang to take their zones.
- Safe house raids: raid a rival safe house to steal a percentage of the cash in their safe.
- Safes: gangs keep safes in their safe houses, and rival gangs can rob them.
- Police raids: police can raid safe houses too.
- Locks: gangs have locks on their weed processing and warehouse.
Gang progression
- Levels: rise by selling drugs, capturing zones and running events.
- Reputation: climbs from selling drugs, recruiting members, capturing zones and events.
- Leaderboard: ranks gangs by reputation.
- Upgrades: improve the garage, warehouse, weed growth rate, drug selling and money laundering.
- Roles and ranks: the gang leader or gang admins customize them.
- Economics: members deposit, withdraw with permission, and view transaction history.
- Logs and statistics: full gang logs plus stats for cash, reputation, respect and members.
Dispatch
- Gangs get dispatched when someone sells drugs on their zone or starts capturing it.
- Police get dispatched when a drug deal fails.
Events
Every gang can see upcoming events and join them. Event days and times are set in events.lua in the shared folder.
- Harbour crate event: find and open crates for rewards.
- Boat event: take over a boat and open its crates for rewards.
Admin tools
- Manage zones: build and manage every zone from a UI with
/manage_zones. Creating zones through the UI keeps management simple. - Manage gangs: create gangs, delete gangs, and manage economics, owners and safe houses with
/manage_gangs. - Safe house IPL: add existing or custom IPLs to the safe house.
- Admin logs: see logs for everything in the gang system, set up in
admin_logs.lua. - Gang shop: an optional shop for owners who would rather not manage a gang.
Usage
- Open the gang menu through LB-tablet, a gang marker or
/gang_menu. - Admins manage gangs with
/manage_gangs and zones with /manage_zones.
